TBI Waiver Complaint Procedure Changed

Effective immediately, the Brain Injury Association of New York State is no longer the contact for the formal TBI Waiver Complaint Line.  There are no other changes to the services BIANYS provides. Please continue to contact BIANYS for support, assistance, information and resources.

BIANYS will continue to advocate on behalf of individuals with brain injuries and their families and continue to share issues and concerns we receive with the Department of Health and other agencies.

New Complaint Contact Information (from the NYS Department of Health)

Waiver participants who wish to file a formal complaint about their Waiver services should contact the local Regional Resource Development Center (RRDC). DOH has provided the following direct contact information for each RRDC to file complaints:
